April 2021 was when we first heard that we are moving to VA so I reached out to Luana my beautiful friend for a real estate agent recommendation and sure enough she connected us to Lesa. Lesa is very professional, very transparent and honest. She made sure to talk to us as much as possible and kept the lines of communication open. She got to know us and set up a timeline for looking at houses and she was with us every step of the way. She really worked with us on our specific goal which was to find a house, close on it, and move in as soon as possible. Keep in mind we did this from Japan so just the time difference alone was already challenging. But Lesa worked with us! She even worked right before an operation and after! She’s very hard working and has amazing work ethic! She also went above and beyond so much so that when we got to VA, she not only picked and dropped us off but also lent us some kitchen and bed essentials for the house. I am so thankful that I gained not only a beautiful house but a true friend through all this.

I am military and received orders shortly before I executed post deployment leave. I had a few days in the Newport News area and after the first afternoon I was not happy with the service I was receiving from another agent. I found Lesa on the internet and randomly called her and explained to her that I had a very short period of time in the area and wanted to be in contract before I left. Her first words were “let’s do this!” She worked so many long hours to help me get in contract before I had to go back home and made the entire process as stress free as possible. I initially called a Friday evening expecting to leave a message to which someone would reply the incoming week. I got a call back that evening to "clarify and prioritize" my wishlist.

In my Inbox the next morning was a list of property links- categorized by my wish list. I narrowed it down to a few properties and we were touring that Sun! The properties were not to my liking, or the listing had not been updated. Recognizing my disappointment, Lesa conducted one more search and a couple of calls later, while initially told "not today" she persisted to get me in within the hour. This location was almost perfect. Lesa remained faithful to the pursuit and represented our interest with negotiations and a deal. We are very happy!!!
